I've always believed that the right accessory doesn't just complete an outfit — it tells a story about the woman wearing it.

I'm Stephanie, and for as long as I can remember, accessories have been my thing. The clutch that pulls a whole look together. The earrings that make you stand a little taller. The finishing touch that turns "getting dressed" into something that actually feels like you.

But somewhere along the way, I noticed a gap. The pieces I loved were either out of reach, or the affordable ones just didn't have that it factor. So in 2024, I decided to do something about it.

Posh by Steff was born from that frustration — and that passion.

Every piece in our collection is hand-picked by me, with one question in mind: would I wear this and feel incredible? If the answer is yes, it earns its place in the store. If it doesn't meet the mark on quality, style, or value — it doesn't make the cut.

Because here's what I believe: you shouldn't have to choose between looking fabulous and being financially savvy. Style is for every woman, at every budget.
